CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to Spa services and no less than 24 hours prior to your Salon service appointment by calling us during hours of operation and speaking to an associate to avoid being charged in full. Failing to acknowledge a confirmation call or text is not a form of cancelling. No shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
